How do I get started with nuMoni?

How does the 5% extra value work?

When you top up ₦10,000, we credit your nuMoni wallet with ₦10,500 instantly. You can use it across any partner merchant.

Can I withdraw my rewards to my bank account?

Rewards can only be spent within the merchant ecosystem, sent using P2P, or donated to a registered charity in the platform.

Where can I spend my nuMoni balance?

You can spend at any of our partner stores nationwide including pharmacies, supermarkets, salons, boutiques, and more. Just look for the nuMoni badge or search in-app.

Will my rewards ever expire?

Your nuMoni balance remains valid as long as your account stays active. Balances on inactive wallets will expire after 3 years.

Can I send nuMoni rewards to someone else?

Yes, you can send rewards using P2P to any nuMoni user, no transfer fees attached.

Can I donate to charity through nuMoni?

Yes. You can donate to any of our registered charity partners directly through the app.

Is my nuMoni wallet secure?

Yes. We use bank-grade encryption, secure data storage, and identity verification to keep your wallet and transactions safe.

What if I lose my phone or forget my login?
