Can I withdraw my rewards to my bank account?

No. nuMoni is a closed-loop reward wallet. Rewards can only be spent within the merchant ecosystem, sent P2P, or donated.

Where can I spend my nuMoni balance?

You can spend at any of our partner stores nationwide including pharmacies, supermarkets, salons, boutiques, and more. Just look for the nuMoni badge or search in-app.

Will my rewards ever expire?

Never. Your nuMoni balance stays valid as long as your account is active.

Can I send nuMoni rewards to someone else?

Yes, you can send rewards P2P to any nuMoni user, no fees, no limits.

Can I donate to charity through nuMoni?

Yes. You can donate your rewards to any of our registered charity partners directly through the app.
